WH, seph doesnt have what ur askin for. i dont thin u threatened him. however, from what i understand, u have no proof whatsoever about josh hackin ur comp. what happend to inocent until proven guitly? uve sentenced him without a conviction. shoot, he didnt even get a fair trial.

As far as iam concerned this is the whole matter done with, I've provided the evidence to the only people that matter and they have sided with me, and as WH is never gonna be able to provide any evidence of his alligations against Josh thats the topic closed as far as Iam concerned.

If for no other reason than, I'd like to know, um how does one 'prove' someone hacked them. When it happened to me and fried my whole hard drive I had nothing as far as evidence. All I had was the new computer I was forced to buy. I had my suspicions but no evidence so I didn't pursue it.
In Warhawks case, to anyone not blinded by hatred for him can plainly see that Josh had SOMETHING to do with it. Even if he didn't do the actual hacking. And I'm not talking about any legal cases. I'm talking about plain old common sense. You people pursuing all this evidence and trying to build a "he deserved it" case against Warhawk look to me as if you are condoning this sort of attack. Paint it any way you want but that's what it looks like. If this had happened to swag instead, and you know how much I love him, I would be just as appalled. He doesn't deserve it, Warhawk doesn't deserve it, NO ONE deserves it. Don't equate damaged ego with damaged property. |

No one is trying to throw anyone in jail here so it's irrelevent . Whoever that guy is, and no one knows but Josh, it appears that he isn't part of this community. In fact, it seems the only way to get hacked from him is to piss off Josh. Josh, however, IS a part of this community. If he can and will get someone to hack our hard drives, then frankly I don't want him around. If he's so innocent then why has he not come forward to say so? All I've seen come from him is that WH shouldn't have messed with him and that he deserves it and should think twice before pissing him off next time. That's what I've seen Josh say. Nothing about innocence. |

Seph, are you aware that the title to this very thread you started is in violation of ezboards ToS? You used profanity in an inflamatory way. That comes from the very same section you reported WH for breaking. I just think thats funny. What's that? Posting someones address is much worse than flaming? Then why did ezboard lump them in the same section? And if you feel that posting an address is worse than flaming, try getting hacked for it. No comparison. |
